My Spirit

Energy pumping through my veins. Alive inside as I move to the rhythm. Heart beating into my fingertips, exhilarated am I. My spirit pulses with nature, becoming as one. As one energy together we unite, never separate or apart. Senses are heightened. Smells are invigorating. Sounds are soothing and peaceful. Sights are hypnotizing with beauty. The touch of the breeze coolly blowing across my skin. I feel alive, my spirit rejuvenated, my soul is now at peace.
